This is a real-life challenge led by the founders of Moon-Flow—one of us stretching in Berlin, the other in New York! Over the next four weeks, we’ll commit to a consistent routine designed to improve our flexibility and get us closer to achieving full splits. Along the way, we’ll document every step through weekly blog updates that include diary-style entries, videos, and photos. Think of it as a fun, relatable, and science-backed experiment!
